Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Anastasiia Shapovalova, Warsaw, Poland (Awayo is run by Anastasiia Shapovalova as an individual) ("Awayo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Awayo, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Awayo.

1. What Awayo is

Awayo helps you plan trips, keep bookings and documents together, share plans and expenses with the people you travel with, chat, and get suggestions and answers from an AI travel agent. Awayo is a planning tool: we are not a travel agency, we don't sell or book travel, and we are not a party to any booking you make with airlines, hotels or other providers.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Awayo account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Awayo: trips, bookings, files, photos, messages and other content. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run Awayo for you and for the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Awayo to break the law, harass or harm others, share content you don't have the right to share, spam, or try to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features and place information

Itineraries, advice, answers from the travel agent and details read from your files are generated automatically and can be wrong or out of date. Opening hours, prices, entry rules, visa requirements and weather can change. Always check important details (flight times, bookings, travel documents, health and safety information) with the provider or an official source. Insurance and other advice in Awayo is general information, not professional advice. Place information and photos come from third parties such as Google.

6. Sharing and other travellers

When you invite people to a trip or chat, they can see what is shared there. Expenses and balances in Awayo are a record to help your group; settling money between you happens outside Awayo and is your responsibility.

7. Availability and changes

Awayo is currently in testing. We work to keep it available and safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features. We will tell you in the app about important changes to these terms; continuing to use Awayo after that means you accept them.

8. Liability

Awayo is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on automatically generated information, by third-party providers, or by bookings you make with them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
